He was predeceased by : his parents, Ezequiel Gonzalez and Angela Cruz. He is survived by : his wife Phaylean K. Allen-Gonzalez; his children, Angela Gonzalez and Johnny Rivera of Florida; his stepchildren, Doug Allen of Harrisburg, PA, Jay Cruz of Rosedale, MD and Maui Cruz of Harrisburg; his close friend Maria M. Reyes; his siblings, Jose O. Gonzalez, Antonia Gonzalez of Puerto Rico and Luz Gonzalez of Harrisburg; and his sisters-in-law, Doretha Johnson and Elease Harvey. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wallace Funeral Directors Inc. (106 Agnes St, Harrisburg, PA 17104). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
