He is survived by: his parents, Milan Milakovic and Catherine Still Milakovic; his wife Georgianne Lubic Milakovic; his son Michael A. Milakovic; his sisters, Georgianne Hunter and Mildred Lescanec; his son John G. Milakovic (Lana); his granddaughter Anastasia L. Milakovic (Derek Zeigler) of Columbus, OH; his sister NJ; his daughter-in-law Terri Milakovic; and his sisters-in-law, Rita C. Vorkapich (late Rodney) and Jill A. Swartz (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
