He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Frye, Sr. and Inell McClennon Frye; and his sister Constance "Connie" Frye. He is survived by: his spouse Shevolkia Fowler; his sons, Claude Keith and John Francis III; and his grandchildren, Malcolm Mays, Malik Frye and Brianna Frye. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
