He is survived by: his siblings, Eddie Chism, Samuel Ford and Barbara Ford; his children, Duane Chism, Tamara Chism and Arthur Burnett; the mother of his children Nanette Burnett of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Shirley Chism, Diane Valentine (Brian Valentine), Robert Chism of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Lonnie Chism (Barbara Chism) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Mar'kyl Madden, Soriah Chism, Armanie and Treasure Burnette; and his close friends, Freddie McKinley of Harrisburg, Charles Ray of Harrisburg and Larry Whitaker of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
