She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Achey and Suzanne Achey; and her siblings, Ferne Soulliard and Richard Achey. She is survived by: her husband Frank Payne, Jr.; and her brother Ronald Achey. She is also survived by son, daughter, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
