He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Lu" Jacoby (Shaffer); his brother Dick Jacoby; his children, Donald and Janice; and his stepchildren, Brad (Kim), Penny (Louis) and Brian (Deb). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
