She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Everhart and Sarah Everhart (Yingling); her husband William E. Frank of Mary's Catholic Church; her stepson J. William Frank; her brother Allen Everhart; and her stepsiblings, Ethel Davis (Rudasill), Howard and Merle Rudasill.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Plummer (Karen) of Shelburne, VT, Todd Plummer and Leslie Guidry (Scott) of Pittsford, NY; and her stepsons, Robert Frank (Tara) of Hummelstown and Brent Frank of Harrisburg. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
