With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Arthur Fisher of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Fisher and Elizabeth Fisher (Zeeb); and his close friends, Skipper, Brandi, Shammy, Evee and Lizzy.

He is survived by: his son Christopher J. Fisher (Jennifer E.) of Middletown; his former wife Cynthia A. Fisher of Shippensburg; and his cousins, Larry Fisher, Ruth Adams and Jean Sweigart.
