He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond and Adeline Patti Barth; and his wife Joan. He is survived by: his daughter Hilary Hayes; his grandson Nathan of Harrisburg; his daughter Adrienne Shreiner (James) of Landisville; and his grandson Robert of Philadelphia.
