He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank Pollihan and Pat Pollihan; and his sister-in-law Cindy Pollihan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pollihan (Rustic); his child Madison; his siblings, Tom (Rosaire), Bob (Pam), Ellen Mann and Jack (Nanci); and his nieces and nephews, Emily (Brent), Kimberly (Neil), Ryan (Mollie), Michael, Kevin (Chloe), Justin, Andy, Blake (Kathleen), Brittany (Ryan) and Bryce.
