He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Bailey; his son Michael Bailey; his parent Lucreatia Bailey; and his siblings, Joseph Bailey and Sarah Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline (Rodney); his grandchildren, Jakar, Jairus, Raven Mills and Danielle Bailey; his children, Kelvin (Robyn), Siddell, Jaren (Amanda), Laine, Lana Bailey, Steve (Sherron) and Trystin (Madoc); his grandchild Arnez Bailey; his children, Evan, Brooke Bailey, Stanley Bailey and Duane McGinnis; his siblings, James "Jim" Bailey, Major Bailey and Lucreatia Perry; and his cousin Wendell Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the William Howard Day Cemetery (801 Lincoln St, Steelton, PA 17113).
