She is survived by: her parents, George Clements and Paula Clements of New Cumberland, PA; her significant other Allen Harris; her beautiful girls, Avery and August; her sister Mia Clements of Enola, PA; and her grandmother Johnnie H. Jackson of Bakersfield, CA.. She is also survived by aunt and uncle, five paternal aunts and three paternal uncles, her closest friend.
She touched so many lives during her brief time on earth and, most recently through organ donation.
