He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Foley and Albert Pigeon. He is survived by: his sons, Howard Jr., Michael and David; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Brandi, Michael Jr., Cory and Mia.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Neumyer Funeral Home (1334 N 2nd St, Harrisburg, PA 17102). The military honors will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
