It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard G. Offenger Jr. (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard G. Offenger II and Anna G Wartel. He is survived by: his wife Starr Offenger; his son Howie Offenger IV; his stepchildren, Misti Gardner (Luke) and Steven Hockensmith (Loren); his granddaughters, Mackenzi S. and Sophia L. Hockensmith; his sisters, Jean Ashton and Merka Flynn (Ed); and his close friends, Bandit, Francine and Roscoe P. Coltrane. He is also survived by Two nephews, two nieces, three grand nephews and two grand nieces.
