He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wragg and Dorothy Wragg. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wragg; his daughter Sherry Stout (Jeff); and his stepchildren, Debbie Hoachlander (Jeff) and John Groff (Beth). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (6011 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
