He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rupp and Bettye Rupp. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Nolt (Dwight); his grandchildren, Rielynn, Damon and Fletcher Nolt; and his siblings, Diann Rudy, Debbie Harter, Donald Rupp, David Rupp and Denny Rupp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lower Paxton Memorial VFW 148.
