With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Samuel Hurwitz of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Lipman Hurwitz; his wife Ileane Singer; and his siblings, Monroe Hurwitz (Evelyn) and Frances Shapiro (Louis). He is survived by: his stepmother Bess Caplan Hurwitz; his children, Ricki (Garry Brinton), Kenneth (Chris) and Ann Green (David); and his grandchildren, Joanna Brinton, Miles Hurwitz, Cara Garrison, Paige Berger, Talia Brinton, Jocelyn Green and Alyssa Green.
