He was predeceased by: his wife N. Joanne Wiley; his parents, Harold Wiley and Stella Wiley; and his siblings, Elizabeth Wiley and David Wiley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bernadine Wiley and Peggy Nieves (Jose). He is also survived by animals- especially his dogs.
