She was predeceased by: her mother Readymae Shepherd Mack; her brother Jesse L. Mack Jr.; her aunts, Hattie Terrell and Ernestine Ware; and her uncle Leslie Ware.
She is survived by: her father Jesse Lee Mack; her brothers, Carlton E. and Kenneth W. Mack; her aunts and uncles, George Mack Jr., Shirley Mack, Walter, Norma Mack and Kevin Shepherd; her sister-in-law Lisa A. Jones; her niece Sophia; her nephew Nicholas Mack; her cousin Jermica Ware; her godsons, Quincy, Xavier Garfield and Zyk're Kent; and her close friends, Tracy Kent (Lee C. Kent Jr.), Angie Logan and Lisa White. She is also survived by many cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and United Negro College Fund.
