He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Gilmore Crutchfield and Ronald Crutchfield; and his brother Ricky. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Vikki of Harrisburg, Freddie of Harrisburg and Adrian of York; his sister Janell; and his stepmother Katie of Harrisburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren, a great-grandson as well as nieces and nephews.
