He is survived by : his siblings, George Bifano, Vincent Bifano and Carmel Yoli (Bifano); his wife Shelia Bifano (Ernst); his children, Elise Mosser (Eric), Michael Bifano (Abby Lynn Shumaker) and Stephen Bifano (Julie); his stepsons, Ehren Ernst and Johnathan Heefner; and his grandchildren, Evan Mosser, John Francis Mosser, Elliot Bifano, James Bifano and Penelope Bifano.

Viewing was held on Monday, June 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church (5501 Old Locust Ln, Harrisburg, PA 17109). Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the Savior Orthodox Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Tuesday, June 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
