She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alexander Collins and Helena Barbara (Swicicki); and her brothers, Jerry Collins and Thomas Collins. She is survived by: her children, Celeste M. Katseyeanis, Jesse W. Warnick (Sallijean Warnick) of New Castle, DE, Noel J. Townely, William D. Warnick of Queens, Grayson D. Collins of Brooklyn and Asia A. Collins of Harrisburg; and her sister Sharon L. Gaeta (late Robert Anthony Gaeta) of Sinking Spring. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The World Wildlife Fund (WWF), in memory of Frances P. Collins.
