She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Paul and Cynthia Beatrice Swartz (Stone); her great grandchild Gage Lauver; and her siblings, Paul W. Swartz and Shirley M. Swartz.
She is survived by: her family Florence; her husband Franklin; her children, Cynthia M. Lauver (Joseph), Paul H. Hoffman (Karen), Darlene E. Clouser (Robert) and Richard F. Hoffman (Elizabeth A. Naccarato); her grandchildren, Corey, Dustin, Jeremy and Shawn; and her great grandchild Erica. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She attended the Parkinson Road School near New Bloomfield and was a member of the New Hope United Church of Christ, Landisburg.
