She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Snyder and Lillian Snyder (Markel); and her husband Stanley J. Moore. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard M. Snyder and Dorothy Turnbaugh; her sons, Jerry L. Moore (Keri) of Mechanicsburg and Stanley E. Moore (Stephanie) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Rebecca Moore, Blair Moore and Kathryn Moore; and her great grandchild Greysen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Fay's honor may be made to Paxton United Methodist Church, 3550 North Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
