She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi S. Nissley and Abram E. Risser; and her sister Frances J. Sexauer. She is survived by: her husband Robert F. Marvel; her daughter Susan E. Marvel Ferrer; her son-in-law Dennis (Michael R. Marvel); her grandchildren, Julia, Joshua Ferrer and Kate Marvel; her brother John Risser (Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Ed Sexauer, Bill, Joan Marvel and Barbara van den Berg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Palmyra Church of the Brethren (45 N Chestnut St, Palmyra, PA 17078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Keep Evelyn's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
