She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Fisher and Ida Fisher; her husband Lester Cohen; her son Ian Cohen; and her children-in-law, Carol Cohen and Gerald Berkowitz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Isador, Ruth and Florence; her family, Rosh Hashana and Passover; her daughter Rita Berkowitz; her grandchildren, Elliot Cohen (Alisa), Lee Cohen (Susan), Mara Jackel (Robert), Lesley Berkowitz-Zak (John) and Ross Berkowitz (Dana); and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jared, Jonah, Madeline, Eli, Noah, Adrian, Dina, Charley and Gillian. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Beth El Cemetery Chapel (1100 S Progress Ave, Paxtang, PA 17111). A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the El Temple Cemetery Chapel.
