She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. W. Cassel and Marion Koons Cassel of Hershey, PA.; her son Randy L. Schaffer; her sister Josephine Shatto; and her grandson Jason B. Schaffer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nathan C. Schaffer and Kristen Harris (Schaffer); and her great grandchildren, Keean and Kade Schaffer.
