She was predeceased by: her parents, Elder Pauline McLamb and Taylor Fisher; her husband Leslie Waters; her son Warren Ray, Jr.; her siblings, Ernest Fisher and Willa Mae Freeland; her grandson Tariq W. Ray, Sr.; and her stepson Gary Waters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rev. Valerie Elam and Rev. Kathryn Waters; her siblings, Carol McLamb-Bair and Gary Fisher; and her stepdaughters, Karen Waters, Leslie Waters, Mary Ann Waters, Audrey McClain and Rhonda Scott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
