She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul F. Ankerbrandt and Sarah B. Lynch; her husband John "Jack" A. O'Hara; her sons, John A. O'Hara Jr., Paul D. O'Hara and Michael L. O'Hara; and her sister Evelyn Deckman.
She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Elizabeth O'Hara and Evelyn O'Hara; her niece Susan Lindsey; and her grandchildren, Heather O'Hara, Sean O'Hara and Chad O'Hara. She is also survived by her greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Messiah Village Residents' Council with "Team Member Christmas Fund" in the memo line of the check.
