He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Lippert (Orner); his parents, Charles W. Lippert and Helen E. Lippert Hayes (Shive); his stepfather Lacy Hayes; his grandparents, Charles M. Shive, Elva M. Shive (Evelhoch) and Ettie Bell Evelhoch (Minich); and his close friend Glenn A. Martin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa A. Edgett (Robert) and Michelle D. Carnes (Paul); his grandchildren, Shelby L. Schiefer Bair, Jared C. Schiefer, Katelyn M. Carnes, Presley A. Carnes and Lyndsay R. Carnes; his great grandchild Jayd Bair; and his sisters, Carol E. Popp (Frank) and Judy M. Putric. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
