He is survived by: his brothers, Edwin and Richard Schiffer; his children, Donald L. Schiffer Jr. (Barbara) of Enola and Lori Lynn Schiffer of Mechanicsburg; and his siblings, William Schiffer (Jenny) of Lewisberry, Dorothy Minges (George) of Harrisburg, Ruth and Steenland of New Cumberland.
