He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Breach and Janet Breach (McCord). He is survived by: his significant other Susan L. Kuba (Kuchma); his children, Rena Savage of Mechanicsburg and Ryan Brackbill of Harrisburg; and his granddaughter Daniele Kruger.
