Phillips (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Steelton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Phillips and Josephine Steiner Phillips; his daughter Eileen Marie Bock; his siblings, Charles E., Arthur B. Jr., Richard, Robert Phillips, Williette Boccio, Beatrice and Thelda Neibich; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene V. Lingle Phillips; his son Terry D. Phillips of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Jesse Bock (Kira), Tricia Geib (Casey), Emily Willhide (Michael), Eric Phillips, Jordan Bock (Melanie) and Rachel Kraft (Dennis); and his son-in-law Carl Bock. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
