He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William C. Turns and Pearl M. Turns (Radle); his wife Esther M. (Lau); and his children, Joseph, Charles, Donald, Jr., Dawne, Bonnie and Shannon. He was also cherished by one sister; one brother and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
