He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Costanza and Pauline Termini; and his siblings, Vincent Costanzo, Sarah Knapp and Anna Weltmer.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Webster Costanza; his children, David Costanza (Dorothy) and Deborah Costanza Miller; and his stepchildren, Christiana R. Lester (Curtis V.) of Floyd, VA, Patricia L. Potts of Covington, VA and Cathryn J. Layton. He is also survived by three grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and 16 step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
