She is survived by: her parents, Jacob Arndt and Margaret Arndt; her husband William Rice; her daughters, Melissa Loy (Steven Criswell Jr) of Winfield, PA, Rayanne Loy (Tyler Lowery) of Camp Hill, PA and Jessica Loy of Columbia Crossroads, PA; and her sister Belinda Arndt-Scott of Elizabethtown, PA.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
