He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garland and Emma Garland (Spence); and his sister Carol Falco. He is survived by: his wife Louise Baynham; his children, David A. Garland (Deb), Carla Clipper (Daniel) and Ashley Garland; and his brother John R Garland (Teresa). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
