He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Boyer and Helen Boyer (Flenner); and his sister Barbara Dietrich. He is survived by: his wife Fern K. Boyer; his children, Diana Kauffman (Daniel), Andrea Zucker (Scott) and David R. Boyer, Jr. (Gillian); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Heather, Benji, Sammy, Helen and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Ephram, Graham and Maisy. He is also survived by cousins, nephew, nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home (2100 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
