We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2023, at the age of 78, David Russell Dugan of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Russell Dugan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ferris Dugan and Russell Dugan; his mother-in-law Peggy Panzarello; and his nephew Blaine Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Dugan (Panzarello) of Harrisburg; his children, Elizabeth Wilber (Michael) of Washougal, WA, David R. Dugan II (Nicole) of Palmyra and Laura Dugan of Harrisburg; his granddaughter Alyssa Dugan; his stepsiblings, Rita Jane Arnold and Tony Capriotti; his stepmother Rita Dugan; and his great-aunt Eleanor Hillard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He came out of his second retirement to return to work to assist with the COVID vaccination rollout.
