David William DeLizio Obituary

Dave was born February 16, 1958 in Warren PA. In 1963 his family moved to the Colonial Park/Pleasant Hills
area of Harrisburg PA. Dave attended Mountain View Elementary, Lower Paxton Junior High, and Red Lion
High School. Dave was the third born of four sons of Frank P. DeLizio, Jr., and Charlotte A. Collins. He is survived
by brothers Frank P. DeLizio III of Florida, Kerry L. DeLizio of Enola PA, and James M. DeLizio of Mars PA. He is
also survived by his beloved pets, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Dave's family
wishes to acknowledge the loving and caring staff of the UPMC Community General Hospital that cared
for Dave, and his family, many times during his illness and at his passing. Dave's arrangements are private, he
will rest in peace at the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Hermitage PA.

“I knew and worked with Dave at the Great Escape in Greensburg. He was loved by his employees and patrons as well. What a kind, funny and talented man he was. We had so much fun back in those days. So many great memories of laughter and silly shenanigans and amazing people. He will always have a special place in my heart. My deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved him. The world just lost another beautiful soul. 💜”
