He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bixler and Doris Bixler (Paul); his son Chad; and his siblings, Patricia Martin (Ronald) and David (Marcia).
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Wendy Palese (Anthony) and Craig (Emily); and his grandchildren, Annabella, Abigail and Elleanor.
