He was predeceased by: his parents, George O'Neill and C. Isabell O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Neill; and his siblings, James O'Neill and Sharon Bosser.
The military honors was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
