He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Poplaski and Leona Poplaski (Sosnoski); and his siblings, Joseph, Stanley, Alphonse, Anna, Veronica, Florence, Leona, Victoria and Theresa.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Poplaski; his children, Christine McCarthy (John), Eileen Poplaski and Daniel (Michelle) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Colleen McCarthy of Harrisburg, Michael McCarthy of Harrisburg, Joseph Poplaski of Harrisburg, Nicholas Poplaski of Harrisburg and Andrew Poplaski of Hershey; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Marcello and Trystan Marcello.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church (2800 Paxton Church Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Daniel's memory to Vista Autism Services, 1021 Springboard Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.
