She was predeceased by: her parent Blair Hess. She is survived by: her husband Mack Cresswell; her brother Blair Hess, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her daughters, Nicole Wiest (Rich) of Millersburg and Ivy Mace (Terry) of Dornsife; her grandchildren, Anika Spotts, Colby Hendrickson, Keith Mace and Corrinne Mace; and her great grandchildren, Adrianna Spotts and Keira Hendrickson.
Cindy has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
