She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick O'Toole and Carmella O'Toole (Bruno); her husband William Conrad (Tink); and her brother Jack O'Toole. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Corpman (Brad), William Conrad (Kim), Christopher Conrad and Timothy Conrad (Michelle); her grandchildren, Lauren Summers (Zach), Anna Marie Havy (Jean-Paul), Brandon Conrad (Olivia), Kayla Conrad and Timmy Conrad; her great grandchildren, Neyland, Decker and Monroe; her sister Patricia Rauch; and her in-laws, Richard Conrad (Harriet), Ida Beistline and Linda Conrad. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
