He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miller and Nellie Miller; and his wife Lucille Miller. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Harper, J. C. Miller and David Miller; and his grandchildren, Jason Miller, Megan Haas, Danelle Miller, Cavin Miller, Bobby Harper and Brandon Harper.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
