He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bingham and Helen Cook; his siblings, William Cook, Robert Cook Sr., Betty Cook, Loretta Bingham and Anna Hicks; and his aunts and uncles, Minnie Cook, Ada Bailey, Junior Cook, Robert Cook and Thomas Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stewart Cook; his children, Darvel Marks, Jayel Palmer, Delvin Buie Sr. (Yamesie), Claudette White, Keenan Buie and Charles Cook Jr. (Andrea); his brothers, William Bingham (Beverly) and Robert Hicks; his parents-in-law, Patricia Stewart and Ellis Eiland; his sister-in-law Michelle Eiland; and his friend Lue Ethel Croom. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
