He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Zinn and Jennie Zinn (Hill); his wife Joanne S. Zinn; and his brother Samuel V. Zinn. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth J. Fortney (Richard E., Jr.), Charles E. Zinn of Dauphin, Richard A. Zinn (Belinda Johnston) of Steelton and Theodore D. Zinn (Tara) of Harrisburg.
