He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Troutman and Victoria E. Troutman (Sholley); his brother Joe; and his former wife Ruth J. Troutman (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Blair; and his children, Charles H. Troutman Jr., Daniel J. Troutman (Tracy) and Jayne Dolan (Dan). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (2121 N 3rd St, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
