Sudler; his children, Martinel "Skippy" Hill and Ranee (Hill-Butts); his siblings, Viola "Woe" Hill, Mary "Weasie" Hill-Hunt, Dorothy "Dottie" Hill-Hunt, Harry and John "Johnny Boy" Hill; his children, Charles Edward Hill Jr. of Philadelphia, PA and Brenda Hill-Williams of California; and his siblings, Sylvia Hill of Lebanon, PA and James "Porky" Hill (Sandra) of Wilmington, DE. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
